We care for our residents and their relatives with expertise and a lot of human commitment. The situations of our residents are sometimes complex. Treatment, care, and support of high quality therefore require specific knowledge in the field of geriatrics as well as individually tailored support in health, social, or emotional matters.
That is why our multiprofessional team works closely together. It consists of doctors, nursing specialists, a social worker, activation specialists, therapists, and chaplains.
Here you engage
- Support in the learning process, organization, and implementation of all qualifications and competency assessments of the learners in the training programs for health and nursing specialists HF/FH
- Responsibility for the implementation of the "Learning Location Practice" concept
- Planning and designing individual learning offers
- Responsible for the practical final examination of the learners FaGe on the ward
- Care and support of the residents in the relationship care system
- Care based on our practice-oriented concepts
You
- Training as a qualified nursing specialist HF/FH with several years of professional experience
- Professional experience and expertise in the field of geriatrics and palliative care
- Further training SVEB 1/2 or the willingness to complete it
- Experience in vocational education and enjoyment in dealing with young people
- Open, flexible, creative personality with pedagogical skills
