To strategically further develop our communication landscape and sustainably strengthen our brand positioning, we are looking for an experienced leader as Head of Department in Marketing, Communication & Branding.
These tasks await you:
- Comprehensive planning, coordination, and management of all communication activities
- Ensuring target group-oriented, effective, and brand-compliant communication
- Leading and further developing the Marketing, Communication & Branding team
- Collaborative partnership with sales and other company divisions
- Monitoring and analyzing communication performance across all channels
- Deriving optimization measures to increase reach, brand awareness, and engagement
- Strategic further development of concepts in communication and brand positioning
To fulfill these demanding tasks, you bring the following qualifications:
- Completed studies in communication, marketing, media, or comparable fields
- At least 8 years of professional experience in corporate communication and brand management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in developing and implementing integrated communication strategies
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Strong conceptual abilities, strategic thinking, and a high level of brand understanding
- Strong communication skills, hands-on mentality, and confident appearance
