About the job
What you can achieve
- Leadership and further development of the department together with the Medical Department Head and the Department Heads of Nursing/MTT
- Responsibility for the economic management of the department
- Ensuring the financial target achievement of the department
- Personnel management of the directly subordinate administrative staff (10 people)
- Management of internal department and hospital-wide projects
- Regular review of the provision of economic services and offers as well as implementation of measures to improve them
- Continuous development of the department according to USB strategy
What you bring with you
- Degree in business administration or comparable education or training as well as management training
- Several years of professional experience in a hospital, including several years in a leadership position
- Experience in operational management of a larger organizational unit desired
- Confident German language skills, good foreign language skills (English and French) desired
- Implementation-strong leadership personality with pronounced analytical skills and communication skills
- Process-oriented thinking and acting as well as high sense of responsibility
- Enjoy working in an interdisciplinary environment
