AVOR Carpenter Project Manager

Are you looking for a new challenge in the field of carpentry/interior finishing? AVOR is not a foreign word to you, you want to use your expertise in a versatile way as a carpenter project manager, and careful project preparation is your thing? Then let's get started together!
Here is what you will do
- Prepare, lead, and supervise various interior finishing projects from measurement to billing – we work in new construction, remodeling, and renovation
- Customer consultation and support
- Process quotation requests, create calculations and parts lists
- Plan and coordinate timely project execution including scheduling (e.g., production, materials, assembly)
- Quality controls and active communication with all trades involved in the project
These are your skills and strengths
- Training as a carpenter with appropriate further education (e.g., project manager carpentry) or on the way there and/or experience in a similar position
- Experience in project handling from order acquisition to handover
- Knowledge of the drawing program cadwork 2D-3D is an advantage
- Preferably experience in mentoring apprentices
- Good interpersonal skills in dealing with craftsmen involved in construction
- Independent, solution-oriented, and team-capable personality
