Youth Worker 70 - 80 %
We are looking for someone to start immediately or by arrangement
This position is explicitly aimed at female applicants because you will be responsible for the gender-specific Girlspoint offer with us, supporting girls and young women to develop their potential, assert their rights, and act independently. Together with your buddy Dario, you will also expand youth work in public spaces, where you will have a lot of creative freedom.
You will implement participatory projects, be outreach-oriented in public spaces, or invite young people equipped with stick bread and marshmallows to a cozy round at the fire barrel. You will also accompany open youth meetings as well as parties, etc. Our offers are fundamentally based on the needs of the young people, so weekend work as well as work in the afternoon/evening should be natural for you.

What you bring:
- A completed degree in Social Work FH or HF
- Interest in open youth work and youth culture
- Enjoy working in a network and have a keen sense for youth-relevant topics
