Your tasks
- Lead projects for energy production systems (e.g. heat pumps, heat storage, wood heating plants, etc.) as a representative of the client – from feasibility study to commissioning
- Coordinate and manage external planning offices and specialist partners for project planning and implementation
- Create technical production concepts and coordinate with network development and the overall system of district heating
- Prepare project documents, variant studies, and decision-making bases for internal committees
- Prepare tender documents and work contracts, accompany awards, and monitor implementation phases
- Ensure quality, deadlines, costs, and safety throughout the entire project
- Monitor technological developments and assess their relevance for new projects and the overall system
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and actively involve them in planning processes
This is what sets you apart
- Degree as a qualified engineer FH/HF or comparable, possibly with further training in project management and/or business administration
- Experience in project management of district heating systems or comparable energy projects, ideally as a representative of the client
- Enjoyment and interest in expanding renewable energy production, including the development of technical concepts for energy production
- Experience in leading interdisciplinary project teams
- Responsible, goal-oriented, and precise working style
- Negotiation skills, enthusiasm, and target group-oriented communication
