These are your tasks
- Independent management of projects in the field of primary technology (substations, switchgear, network capability, etc.) from conception to successful commissioning
- Timely, cost- and quality-compliant control of all project phases Coordination and leadership of interdisciplinary project teams as well as external partners and suppliers
- Assistance in the engineering of electrical systems in the field of primary technology Ensuring smooth communication with all stakeholders (customers, authorities, internal departments)
- Creation and monitoring of schedules, project budgets, and resources
- Management of change control as well as proactive identification and assessment of project risks
- Responsibility for internal and external reporting as well as documentation of project progress
- Support in acquiring new projects and in preparing offers
- Participation in the further development of the service portfolio
- Promotion of team-oriented and solution-oriented project execution
What you bring with you
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, energy technology, or a comparable qualification
- Solid professional experience in project management, ideally in the field of primary technology or energy technology
- Structured and self-initiated working style
- Very good organizational and communication skills, team spirit, and assertiveness
- Experience in managing complex projects with multiple interfaces
- Knowledge of operational requirements for the operation of switchgear and network systems as well as knowledge of the applicable legal and normative requirements for the specialist area (ESTI, High Voltage Ordinance, standards)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office and common project management tools
