The Opportunity

In this exciting role as a process and product engineer, you actively shape the future of our production. You analyze and optimize manufacturing processes using modern automation and statistical methods, drive digital transformation through Industry 4.0 technologies, and successfully implement new production facilities. In doing so, you work closely with interdisciplinary teams and make a decisive contribution to continuous quality and efficiency improvements.

What You Can Achieve

• Analysis and optimization of production processes through statistical process control (SPC) and modern automation technologies

• Identification of improvement potentials based on production data and trends

• Planning, procurement, and implementation of new production facilities

• Ensuring quality standards in collaboration with quality assurance teams

• Efficient troubleshooting and sustainable process improvements

• Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, internal and external partners, as well as training of production staff

• Use and integration of Industry 4.0 technologies for digital transformation

What You Bring

• Completed technical training and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a related field

• Solid knowledge in production and manufacturing technology as well as statistical process control

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in project management, especially in the introduction of new production facilities

• Knowledge in quality management and continuous process optimization

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams, especially in interdisciplinary projects
