The Real Estate Department is the competence center for all properties of the resident and local citizen community of the city of Lenzburg and acts as the owner’s representative responsible for the management, maintenance, and development of the diverse municipal properties.
We are looking for an Overall Project Manager & Client Representative Maintenance Projects (80 - 100 %) to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
You are responsible for the management, organization, and control of all maintenance, renewal, and renovation projects across all phases.
In close coordination with building users such as schools, fire departments, or cultural institutions, you ensure that cost, schedule, and quality targets as well as safety requirements are met.
You are responsible for tenders and awards according to public procurement law, ensure transparent communication with all parties involved, and accompany the construction and execution work during ongoing operations (e.g., schools, administrative buildings, emergency organizations).
In the role of client representative, you ensure the interests of the city are represented vis-à-vis planning offices, companies, authorities, and users.
You bear responsibility for the client role in all project phases (studies, planning, awarding, implementation, completion) and ensure legally compliant, economical, and sustainable project execution.

Your profile
You have successfully completed a technical education in construction, architecture, building technology, or real estate management (HF/FH/ETH) and have several years of experience in project management or client representation, ideally in maintenance projects during ongoing operations.
We are looking for a professional with comprehensive knowledge of SIA standards, life cycle costs, FM requirements, and public procurement law, as well as an understanding of building maintenance, building physics, building services engineering, and sustainable construction methods.
As an organizational talent, you are characterized by your structured and pragmatic way of working. You enjoy diverse tasks, act proactively, and are assertive.
In dealing with internal and external stakeholders, you convince with your service-oriented attitude and clear, target-group-appropriate communication.
