The professional guardianships carry out adult protection mandates on behalf of the KESB Bülach North for 16 municipalities.

Your tasks
- Support of the co-management in all areas of quality assurance and process optimization
- Responsible for the collection, evaluation, and presentation of key figures
- Collaboration in the development and implementation of standards and guidelines
- Preparation of (business) reports, presentations, and decision-making bases
- Coordination of internal processes as well as support in projects in the area of strategy and quality
Your profile
- Education or further training in the administrative or business management field (professional certificate, bachelor or equivalent)
- Professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in the public or social sector
- A proactive, communicative, and thoughtful personality
- Organizational talent with a structured and reliable way of working
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office
