To complement our team, we are looking for a nurse at tertiary level A (HF or AKP, DN II) for the day (60-80%) immediately or by arrangement
Your tasks include:
- Planning and carrying out nursing care
- Planning and evaluating measures
- You are the contact and information person for residents and relatives in emergency situations
- You are the contact person for doctors in emergency situations
- You conduct medical rounds
- You share responsibility for medication management
- Documenting nursing services in BESAdoK
- Assessing nursing needs
- You share responsibility for implementing internal home guidelines
- You are also willing to take on additional tasks
If you
- Have completed training at tertiary level A
- Have great respect for elderly people
- Value commitment, flexibility, and teamwork
- Have a high quality and sense of responsibility
- Have a quick grasp and are resilient even in hectic situations
- Have professional experience in long-term care
- Value appreciative cross-departmental collaboration
