Your profile
You can expect:
- Independent management and controlling of the training area
- Maintenance and further development of various personnel development tools
- Implementation and quality assurance of internal company training and personnel development programs including support of the line
- Planning and implementation of culture-promoting measures in close cooperation with the Head of HR Development and the line managers
Your profile
- Degree in business administration, hotel management school including mandatory professional experience in the hotel/restaurant industry
- At least 2 years of professional experience in training (SVEB 1 preferred)
- Good methodological-didactic knowledge
- Agile thinking and acting, proactive and solution-oriented
- Strong organizational skills and assertiveness
- High self-motivation, empathy and humor
- Confident use of digital tools for implementing blended learning and course administration
- German skills: fluent speaking and writing, English: good knowledge
