• As a member of the bank management, you are jointly responsible for the strategic, entrepreneurial, and business management of the bank and actively contribute to the successful further development of our bank together with your team.
• You are responsible for the professional and personnel management of the Wealth Management organizational unit, which covers a wide range of services taking into account the individual needs, wishes, goals, and life situations of our customers.
• Together with your team leaders, you implement the strategic guidelines of the board of directors.
• As an entrepreneurially minded leader, you recognize potential in a demanding market and develop – also together with your team leaders – ideas to exploit these and ensure healthy growth of the bank.
• In an interesting and growing market area, you motivate your employees to find beneficial and sustainable solutions for our customers.
• You network in the market, acquire new customers, and represent the bank publicly.
• As deputy head of sales, you support the team leaders and create sustainable contact experiences for the customers.

• You have a higher banking or business administration education with corresponding further training in the areas of investing, retirement planning, and insurance, including proven practical experience in a comparable position.
• You are an entrepreneurially minded personality with several years of leadership experience and stand out through a professional appearance and your consulting talent.
• You can identify with the unique Raiffeisen philosophy, communicate proactively, and live an open error culture.
• You create an environment in which our employees can develop further and all stakeholders can rely on consistently high service readiness.
