take responsibility for the respective shift (opening or closing the store, dividing tasks within the team, setting breaks)
take on the professional leadership of the baristas in your shift
are responsible for various administrative tasks such as triggering orders or checking deliveries
are responsible for correct cash register accounting
offer all customers high-quality drinks and products while adhering to all recipe, presentation, as well as health, safety, and cleanliness standards
provide all customers with legendary service and build a connection with them at the first encounter
approach all our customers with clear and pleasant communication and respond to their customer needs
ensure a clean and organized workplace and store
can work flexibly and are ready to take on many different tasks in the store during each shift
help train new partners, positively recognize their outstanding performance, and offer empowering coaching
