The Entrepreneurship Service Center of the University of St. Gallen is looking for a project manager (m/f/d) (80%) with relevant professional experience to start immediately or by arrangement.
HSG Entrepreneurship is the first point of contact for entrepreneurship, innovation, and transfer at the University of St. Gallen. Our goal is to support students as well as all other HSG members on their entrepreneurial journey – regardless of their stage of development (idea, prototype, or market readiness). With our programs, we offer support across all phases – from idea development through incubation to scaling.
Your tasks
- Planning, implementation, and further development of entrepreneurship programs
- Design and execution of workshops and event formats
- Interface to students, lecturers & partners
- Support and coaching of entrepreneurial talents

Your profile
- Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in the respective field
- Solid knowledge in project management
- Experience in innovation processes and methods
- Startup expertise (own founding, working in a startup, or coaching experience)
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Professional and confident appearance, high commitment and motivation, as well as the ability to work both in a team and independently and proactively
