Contract duration: 1 year, renewable 2 x 2 years, maximum 5 years
Activity rate: 80%

Gross annual salary: CHF 83,160, increasing each year according to the scale
Your Activities
Task description:
- At least 50% of the activity rate will be dedicated to research work, focusing on the evaluation of interventions aimed at vulnerable populations and/or on a research topic also corresponding to the interests of Prof. Baggio.
- Up to 50% of the activity rate will be devoted to supporting teaching and research tasks (teaching activities in psychology of intervention evaluation and experimental psychology, research work not related to personal research, and technical and administrative activities related to the teaching and research activities of the Unit).
Terms of reference
Your Profile
We wish to hire, to complete our team, a person with the following profile:
- PhD in psychology or equivalent degree, on a topic related to the evaluation of an aspect of mental health with a quantitative approach
- Proficiency in French and English
- Having published work in peer-reviewed scientific journals
- Proven mastery (e.g., through publications) of various types of quantitative data analysis and processing (e.g., regression models, machine learning methods, structural equation models), interest in learning new methods (e.g., inverse probability of treatment weights, imputation methods) and critical approach to quantitative methods
- Mastery of at least one statistical software (e.g., R, Stata)
- Interest in the evaluation of interventions in psychology and topics related to mental health
- Interest in joining and actively participating within a team
- Ability to collaborate and cooperate with internal and external researchers to the laboratory. Established international collaboration experience is an asset
