Your Tasks
- Shared responsibility with the supervising ward management: Professional, personnel, organizational, and business management of the ward in close collaboration with the senior physician of ward G2
- Achievement of professional, personnel, educational, and business goals
- Steering the professional development and projects at the ward level in consultation with supervisors and the management of professional development, as well as targeted dissemination of expertise within the team, advising on professional matters, and implementing professional tasks
- Initiating and shaping change processes together with the ward management
- Comprehensive care and support for patients with mental illness
Your Profile
- SRK recognized diploma as a qualified nursing professional HF or FH and at least 2 years of experience in psychiatric nursing
- Enjoyment in implementing professional and leadership topics
- Professional competence at CAS level (CAS Psychiatric Nursing / CAS Dementia and Life Design, or similar) or willingness to complete further training
- Ideally: Leadership experience
- Motivation and skills to continuously develop the offerings and processes of the ward in interprofessional collaboration, oriented towards the latest findings, and to proactively accompany change processes.
- Organizational talent, leadership skills, ideally: completed leadership course
- Open and reflective attitude
