- Completed training as a polymechanic or equivalent technical education
- Experience in conventional mechanics (milling, turning, grinding)
- Knowledge in CAD/CAM (e.g. NX, Alphacam) and CNC programming (Heidenhain/ISO/Fanuc)
- Ideally experience in tool making / prototype construction
- Independent, responsible, and structured working style
- Team player, committed, and ready to take on responsibility
- Enjoyment of varied activities and sharing knowledge
