Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Planning courses in the German-speaking and French-speaking regions
- Advertising courses on our homepage and in the internal ERP system
- Customer support/advice by phone and email
- All administrative tasks from the offer to the invoicing of courses
- Organization/coordination of instructors, equipment, course rooms, catering
- Preparation and dispatch of course documentation
What you should bring:
Clearly: commercial know-how, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for new topics and challenges. You are well equipped with the following qualifications:
- A completed commercial apprenticeship or business school
- Very good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Very good German skills (spoken/written, native level), French and English skills are an advantage
- Very high customer and service orientation
- Solution-oriented action and networked thinking
- Teamwork, commitment, and self-motivation
- High independence
- Work experience in a course secretariat is an advantage
- Interest in an extraordinary industry and enthusiasm for an exciting new field of tasks
