The Volg Group, headquartered in Winterthur, is a Swiss company in the food retail sector and supplies over 1000 small-scale sales outlets daily, even in the most remote locations in Switzerland. Our organization requires smart procurement as well as well-organized logistics so that Volg customers can be served fresh and friendly every day.

To support our team in the Competence Center Application, which is subordinated to the business area IT, Projects & Processes, we are looking for you at the Oberwinterthur location immediately or by arrangement as:

• Technical and personnel management of the PLAN team with seven process/application managers
• Organization and coordination of the team with joint responsibility for change management as well as the applicative operation of the core applications
• Taking over and further developing IT project and change portfolio management
• Responsibility for the IT project and change portfolio in close coordination with your own area as well as the specialist managers
• Link between the PLAN team and various committees within Volg as well as in the fenaco Landi Group
• Responsibility for compliance with processes and guidelines in the CCA (change and incident management)

• Completed vocational training, supplemented by a degree in business informatics FH or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience in IT project portfolio management or application management
• Several years of experience in leading and developing employees
• Strong understanding of processes in retail
• Applicative core processes in SAP Retail (ECC and/or S/4HANA) are known
• Confident appearance, customer-oriented working style, team orientation, and strong communication and presentation skills
• Problem-solving oriented work, analytical and conceptual approach
