You have experience as a Health Specialist or Certified Nursing Specialist HF. You bring an appreciative attitude and joy in dealing with elderly people. You have a neat appearance. You master the German language in spoken and written form. You are used to working independently. You are a team player. Your tasks:
- Independent working style and high sense of responsibility
- Professional care of residents
- Performing professional basic care according to care standards
- Co-responsibility for compliance with the organization of workflows
- Co-responsibility as a trainer
- Co-responsibility for correct care classification according to RAI-RUG
- Management of electronic care documentation (EpDok)
- Taking over daily responsibility and medication management
