What you achieve:
- Ensuring and operational management of effective lead planning for all sales channels
- Development, prioritization, and implementation of concepts and processes for lead management and lead qualification in close collaboration with internal specialist departments
- Analysis of lead quality and implementation of measures to increase conversion and efficiency
- Definition of requirements for lead tracking and lead prioritization in coordination with analytics
- Design and operational implementation of up- & cross-sell campaigns together with relevant departments
Why you succeed:
- In addition to a successfully completed degree (FH/Uni) in business, marketing, computer science, or a comparable field, you bring at least three years of relevant professional experience
- Your solid experience in lead management along with your successfully implemented measures in the areas of conversion increase, lead qualification, lead process optimization, and campaign management distinguish you
- You convince with pronounced analytical skills, solution-oriented thinking, and always put our customers at the center of your actions
- Your strengths lie in strategic concept development and at the same time you actively contribute operationally and successfully implement your ideas together with internal specialist departments
- You communicate fluently in German both orally and in writing; any additional language is a plus
