Senior Project Manager Public Fundraising Direct Mailings (80-100%)
Your area of responsibility
- Main responsibility for mailings (offline) in the area of public fundraising
- Production of mailings and distribution in cooperation with the agency and other external service providers
- Project management of the year-end campaign "Glück Inklusiv"
- Organization of events to maintain and develop donor relationships
- Collaboration in the conception and implementation of donor journeys for public donors on- and offline touchpoints in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordination and organization of direct mailings for our cantonal offices
- Editorial planning and implementation for the donation magazine "aktuell"
- Controlling, reporting with budget responsibility
- Database: selections, mutations, data maintenance, evaluation, reporting
Your profile
- Commercial basic training and/or bachelor’s degree with a focus on economics, marketing or sales
- Further training in business administration, marketing or fundraising
- At least three to four years of professional experience in public fundraising
- Solid experience in project management
- Native German speaker, good French skills, Italian an advantage
- Experience in CRM databases
- Service-oriented thinking and acting as well as an independent and precise way of working
