The new Tertianum Usego-Park in Olten opened on 1 April 2024. With its 60 care beds and 24 apartments, it offers people in the fourth stage of life a cosy home. The Tertianum Usego-Park is centrally located and ideally connected to public transport with a bus stop in front of the house.

Team Leader Care and Support / Deputy Head / Head Care and Support 80-100%
Your tasks
- Responsibility for professional care quality and compliance, review and development of working methods and quality standards
- Co-responsibility for planning, implementation, adjustment and documentation of the care process
- Leadership and support of a care team
- Deputising in the absence of the Head of Care and Support
- Special tasks in the context of the new opening of the operation
Your profile
- Mandatory completed training as a certified nurse HF or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
- Enjoyment in building up a new operation
- RAI knowledge desirable
- Confident communication in German, both spoken and written
- Flexibility, sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team
