These tasks await you: In this exciting role, you are an important part of our dynamic team in the Market Development department. As a classic generalist, you are eager to combine diverse and varied activities. You are interested in exciting market trends as well as detailed analyses and the development of creative concepts. Your organizational talent distinguishes you, and structured project management suits you. We are looking for a communicative personality with pronounced visionary thinking and a good dose of curiosity.
- Support the division manager in developing go-to-market plans
- Conduct data, market, industry, competitor, and price level analyses (as a basis for the division manager's strategic decisions)
- Support in assortment development and strategic preparation of potential fields for product management
- Preparation of multichannel-capable strategic marketing activities
- Review of implemented marketing initiatives, progress, and impact on company success
- Support in creating communication content
To fulfill these demanding tasks, you bring the following qualifications:
- Practical work experience in the building envelope (facade, roof, windows, or insulation)
- Understanding of the challenges of modern architecture as well as the reality on the construction site
- Commercial training or further education
- Confident German, English, and French in spoken and written form
- Very good handling of Office365, including MS Project & Power BI (advantageous)
- Strategic thinking, communication skills, analytical thinking, creativity
