Senior Construction Manager (m/f/d)

Position

We are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager who will be responsible for and successfully complete our construction projects in the Zurich region.

Areas of Responsibility

• Overall responsibility for the timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant execution of complex construction projects
• Strategic planning, management, and control of all construction phases
• Negotiation and management of contracts with clients, architects, and subcontractors
• Quality and risk management throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Ensuring compliance with Swiss building regulations and safety standards

Requirements

• Completed university degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, or comparable qualification
• At least 8 years of professional experience in construction management
• Comprehensive knowledge of Swiss building regulations and procedures
• Proven success in managing complex construction projects in Switzerland
• Excellent German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
• Strong communication skills – stakeholder management
• Experience with modern construction management systems
