Your main tasks
W
You are responsible for the professional care and support of the
residents according to your competencies. You are a contact person in the team for employees in the assistant function, trainees and
interns. In the role of primary nurse and MDS coordinator, you share responsibility for the care process and the correct
implementation of the RAI/RUG system, including documentation.
Your profile
You are an open personality and have experience in
long-term care. Preferably, you have knowledge of palliative care and the RAI/RUG system or are willing to acquire it. You have very good oral and written
German skills and understand the Swiss German language.
Accompanying trainees as a vocational trainer, as well as promoting and learning in the team at all levels, brings you joy and rounds off your
profile.
