Future Shaper as Department Head Vocational Integration, 80-100%

Do you keep an overview in a changing department? Do you live responsibility and want not only to make decisions but also to implement them? Do you want to further develop the

department and the existing products? Do you have experience in acquiring new and existing referring agencies? Are you equally comfortable with conceptual and project-based tasks? Are you creative in tackling challenges? Then you are exactly right here!

We offer you

• Strategic and operational management of the department
• Personnel and professional leadership of the department with 10 specialists
• Operational management of the department with up to 40 participants
• Revenue responsibility for your own department
• 40-hour week, including 2 paid breaks per day
• 5 – 6 weeks of vacation and paid bridge days
• 70% of pension fund benefits covered by ESPAS

What you bring with you

• Solid basic training in the educational, psychological, or social field
• Proven leadership experience with active leadership role modeling
• Situational leadership style with good and constructive communication skills
• Experience in acquisition of new referring agencies is an advantage
• Several years of experience in case management / work integration
• Ideally knowledge in training apprentices and in work integration
