The opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team in Switzerland for a 12-month temporary assignment. In this role, you’ll drive strategic hiring initiatives, partnering closely with business stakeholders in a global matrix organization. If you’re passionate about sourcing top talent, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and working with tools like Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter, we’d love to hear from you.
How you’ll make an impact

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations

Partner with HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through active sourcing and collaboration with sourcing teams

Advocate for internal mobility and support talent advancement initiatives

Ensure smooth coordination with HR Operations for job postings, scheduling, and offer processing

Advise stakeholders on recruitment strategies and contribute to process improvements

Deliver a personalized and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Your background

Several years of in-house recruiting experience, preferably in a global matrix organization

Proven success in international hiring across BeNeLux, Germany, and Switzerland

Strong expertise in active sourcing, especially using LinkedIn Recruiter

Experience in working with Workday

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluent in German and English, other languages like Dutch or French are considered as a big advantage

Background in HR, Psychology, Business or a related field

Agile mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
