This is your area of responsibility- Management of multiple projects from quotation, material procurement, and personnel planning to billing and handover to the customer
- Leadership of subordinate employees
- Acquisition of follow-up or additional orders
- Cost, schedule, and quality control
- Basic training as a switchgear or automation fitter or automation technician EFZ; further training as a switchgear project manager is an advantage
- Experience in designing switchgear and controls as well as enjoyment of personnel management
- Experience in using CAD systems and IT affinity
- Initiative, team-oriented and committed personality
