Your Tasks
- Close collaboration in the multiprofessional team as well as responsibility for the occupational therapy group and individual offers of the ward
- Conducting individual occupational therapy assessments and developing a therapy program tailored to the needs of the patients with a focus on the defined treatment goals
- Active professional co-design of the service structure
- Use of various therapeutic means and approaches to create a framework in which resources and problem areas become practically experienceable for the patients
- Close cooperation with the interdisciplinary treatment team as well as active participation in the development and implementation of therapeutic goals
Your Profile
- Completed diploma as an occupational therapist FH recognized in Switzerland or an equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in the psychiatric field, especially in dealing with people from the mentioned diagnostic spectrum
- Skills in creative, technical, and design areas as well as enjoyment in applying these in a professional and evidence-based occupational therapy setting
- Independent, cooperative, and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment in further developing evidence-based occupational therapy offers
