For the Creative Assortment Management - Own Brands area at the Winterbach location, we are looking for a

Junior Product Manager/ Junior Buyer (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Shape the assortment: Together with Creative Assortment Management, you work on the development and selection of new products – from the first idea to the final compilation for print and online.
• Article maintenance with overview: You ensure that new articles are created and maintained in the system on time and correctly – so that everything runs smoothly.
• Analyze & understand: You create evaluations, recognize trends, and thus support the targeted further development of our assortment.
• Keep an eye on samples: You ensure that samples arrive on time and that the process around sampling is well organized.
• Prepare photo shoots: You help prepare our product shootings – so that our articles are optimally presented.
• Communication is part of it: You communicate with suppliers and our international purchasing offices – friendly, reliable, and on equal footing.
• Keep everything under control: You prepare all important information about the articles and ensure that no details are lost.

Your profile

• You have completed studies in business administration, textile management, or a comparable field
• You bring professional experience in a comparable position
• You have an interest in fashion and design
• You have good English skills and like to use them
• Ideally, you are already familiar with textile science and merchandise management systems
• You work confidently with MS Office and use numbers to make well-founded decisions
• You think analytically and have a good sense of connections
• You are eager to actively shape processes, contribute your own ideas, and take responsibility
• You are communicative, proactive, and enjoy working in a team
