Your new workplace
The Pflegezentrum Baar consists of two buildings with different departments. During the night shift, you take responsibility for an assigned area, from Geriatrics Departments 1-3 or our dementia departments. If you want an independent area of responsibility, then our offer will appeal to you.

Your role with us
Assistant Health and Social Services / Nursing Assistant SRK (Night Shift)
What can you expect from us?
- A comprehensive and good introduction is important to us; we carefully design the onboarding process.
- You determine your workload yourself; we are open and can offer you a workload of 50 - 100%. Your working hours are from 21:20 to 07:20, including a paid one-hour break.

What does your workday look like?
- You ensure needs-oriented, professional care and support of our residents at night. You recognize the individual needs of our residents and participate in the care process.
- You are independently responsible for an area during the night and are the contact person for residents and relatives. You recognize emergency situations in time and act appropriately.
- Complete documentation of services in the electronic nursing documentation is also part of your duties.
What do you bring with you?
- For this role, you have completed training as an Assistant in Health and Social Services or the course as a Nursing Helper SRK.
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role and enjoyment in working with elderly people.
- Humor, solution orientation, and passion for the profession complete your profile.
