Assistant Head of Event Sales

About the job

• Receiving, qualifying, and processing events in the business and social sectors
• Optimizing processes and structures (within the department and interfaces)
• Feedback management and initiating immediate measures
• Supporting the Head of Event Sales in personnel development 
• Ensuring internal communication and smooth interface management in connection with events 
• Supporting the Head of Event Sales in revenue budgeting, creating the forecast and its ongoing review, and developing and implementing measures to increase revenue

• Comprehensive knowledge from a similar position in luxury hospitality
• A solid education with a degree from a hotel management school or a degree in event management
• Enjoy planning events and fulfilling wishes
• Organizational skills for handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent presentation skills and strong communication abilities
• Proficiency in common MS Office applications and Oracle booking system is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German and English, French is an advantage
