Your contribution to our team

You are passionate about interdisciplinary issues in area development and real estate economics and enjoy working in a team as well as exchanging ideas with other spatial-related disciplines. With us, you handle and lead exciting projects in area development for private and public clients and advise our customers throughout all phases. Topics in area development and real estate economics include supporting target-finding processes, feasibility and potential studies, as well as urban competition procedures. You contribute to master plans and special land-use planning and work on strategic issues such as real estate and area strategies or building law awards.

Your skills

You are an initiative and communicative personality with a confident appearance and enjoy exchanging ideas with customers as well as participating in project acquisition.
You bring experience in spatial or urban planning issues and have appropriate professional training, e.g., in spatial or urban planning, geography, architecture, or landscape architecture.
You are interested in the topic of area development and are familiar with Swiss planning instruments and processes or willing to acquire this knowledge. You are attracted to working on diverse interest balancing with multiple stakeholders.
You have experience in project management, enjoy leading meetings, and are interested in challenging projects in an interdisciplinary environment.
Very good written and oral expression in German and enjoyment in writing texts, reports, and plans complete your profile.
