Business Analyst (m/f/x) – 80-100%

The Vaudoise Data Platform offers an integration layer facilitating the replacement of the Legacy ERP with new solutions and will enable data valorization through descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.

To this end, we are looking for a technical Business Analyst to continue the implementation and evolution of this platform.

The tasks awaiting you:

• Capture and analyze "business" and "technical" needs, formalize them as user stories
• Document needs/requirements and consolidate them in the Enterprise Architect tool
• Model transformation and inter-system synchronization flows in BPMN
• Build and evolve data models
• Build and evolve interface contracts (sync and async)
• Work jointly with data governance teams to document necessary data transformations with reference data
• Assist in preparing coordination sessions with technical teams
• Support the team in agile work and ceremonies (scrum)
• Support the creation and evolution of unit, integration, passing/non-passing, and non-regression test cases

Your profile:

• Higher education in computer science such as HES, Bachelor / Master EPFL or equivalent. A Master’s degree is an asset
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a BA in IT integration projects with data challenges
• Technical knowledge including overall IT architecture (ERP, CRM…), integration tools (APIs, Kafka), as well as data technologies (data Hub, data Lake, analytical platforms / AI / BI)
• Languages: French and English: minimum B2
