- You assess risks and create well-founded offers for cyber insurance.
- You advise sales and customers competently and on equal footing.
- You build strong relationships with brokers and field staff, maintain them sustainably, and effectively support distribution – thus strengthening collaboration and value creation across departments.
- You make cybersecurity tangible and explain risks understandably – internally and externally, in visits and training – promoting awareness and reducing fears of contact.
- You support the team especially in the area of liability coverage in the cyber product and pragmatically implement new ideas within product development.

Your Skills and Talents
- You have a commercial basic education with at least 5 years of experience as an underwriter in liability or cyber insurance, with in-depth knowledge in the financial services segment being a plus.
- Ideally, you already have knowledge in cyber security.
- You describe yourself as a decisive and sales-oriented personality with negotiation skills and natural assertiveness.
- You bring an independent and solution-oriented working style.
- You enjoy learning new things and regularly further your education.
- German is your native language and your English is at a high level.
