Medical Secretary Clinic for Urology 80-100%

• You organize and plan consultations, coordinate appointments with internal and external offices, and are responsible for providing patient records
• In cooperation with your team colleagues, you are the first contact person by phone or at the reception for our patients, referring doctors, and internal or external offices
• You write medical reports (from dictation) and handle correspondence as well as general secretarial tasks
• Together with your colleagues, you support the medical team in organizational and administrative tasks
• On the urology ward, you support the assistant doctors, especially the ward doctor, in all administrative tasks
• You accompany the doctors on rounds and document prescriptions, maintain medical records, and largely take over the discharge management of patients
• You are the competent contact person on the phone, arrange and coordinate appointments, and register consultations, X-rays, therapies, etc. with internal and external offices
• Depending on the need, you support the clinic secretariat

• You have completed medical or commercial training with additional qualification as a medical secretary
• You enjoy working with patients and organize your tasks efficiently
• You are proficient in IT and have very good knowledge of medical terminology
• You are an empathetic and service-oriented personality and appreciate working in a large team
