To strengthen our Civil Engineering Structures and Geotechnics team, we are looking for a Project Manager in the Field of Civil Engineering Structures (Structural Engineering) 80-100% for our office in Baar or Zurich starting immediately or by arrangement.

In this role, you actively shape Switzerland's infrastructure – bridges, underpasses, and tunnels that connect people and strengthen regions.
You work in an interdisciplinary team characterized by cohesion, passion for complex projects, and innovative spirit.

YOUR TASKS:

• You are responsible for the planning and design of civil engineering structures, including bridges, underpasses, culverts, and cut-and-cover tunnels.
• You also manage geotechnical structures such as slope stabilizations, retaining structures, excavation pits, and foundations.
• Your task is to oversee project processing from planning to commissioning (SIA phases 31 to 53) and to be involved in the maintenance of civil engineering structures.
• You independently lead projects and take on the coordination and management of the project team as well as the technical, financial, and scheduling handling.
• Furthermore, you maintain contacts with clients and partner companies.
• You support acquisition activities and the preparation of offers.

YOUR PROFILE:

• You have a degree in civil engineering (ETH/FH) or an equivalent qualification.
• You bring several years of experience in the field of civil engineering structures/geotechnics as well as in project management and possess solid expertise.
• You are a team-oriented, committed personality with a high sense of responsibility.
• You have good German language skills in speaking and writing and are fluent in English. French skills are an advantage.
