Your Responsibilities
- Receiving and processing individual and group bookings from inquiry to reservation, in compliance with the standards of “Leading Hotels of the World,” Swiss Deluxe Hotels, and our internal QM
- Ensuring smooth operations in the reservations department
- Providing personalized service to our (international) guests throughout the reservation process
- Entering guest data into the Protel on Premise booking system
- Shared responsibility for current occupancy levels and monitoring of the room budget
- Coordinating various rates and conditions with the reservations manager
- Close collaboration with operational and administrative hotel departments
- Assisting in monitoring our availability on online channels (CRS)
