About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to strengthen our team and promote our innovative prescription medicine Nemluvio in Switzerland. The ideal candidate has a strong network in the dermatology community, proven experience in product launches, and excellent strategic-analytical thinking and sales skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Continuous education and professional development to stay up to date with the latest medical data.
- Assess customer needs and discuss appropriate products; manage a portfolio of various products and indications.
- Successful introduction of innovative, highly scientific specialty therapeutics in competitive therapeutic areas and markets.
- Convince target physicians to prescribe our products by applying effective sales techniques.
- Provide product information and deliver product samples upon request.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
- Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantages and commercial customer opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.
Requirements:
- Active network of dermatologists in Switzerland.
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Experience in launching prescription drugs, ideally biologics.
- Strategic-analytical thinking skills as well as scientific understanding; ideally at least a BSc degree.
- At least 1-3 years of experience as a sales representative or account manager.
