Your tasks
- Legal advice and support for corporate management and business units on legal issues, drafting legal documents, expert opinions, and statements
- Independent management and handling of data protection inquiries, including negotiations, clarifications, as well as the preparation of statements and other legal documents
- Development and implementation of internal training, regulations, instructions, and compliance guidelines on data protection
- Legal support of participation management, including drafting corporate law contracts and managing board secretariats
Your profile
- Completed studies in law (lic. iur. or MLaw)
- Bar admission (exceptions possible with appropriate qualifications and experience)
- 2–5 years of professional experience in relevant areas, ideally with experience in data protection law
- In-depth knowledge of energy law, IT law, property law, debt enforcement and bankruptcy law, or general contract law is an advantage
- Strong interest in energy, economic, and organizational issues
- Independent, precise, and reliable working style as well as high resilience
- Proficient use of IT applications and affinity for digital work processes
