Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the organization and management of the ward as well as personnel planning and development
- You lead your team transformationally and are open to change processes
- Ensuring nursing and process quality with the associated measures

Your Profile
- Completed training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d) or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
- Further training to become a ward manager or willingness to complete it
- You are responsible and enjoy working independently in a multiprofessional team
- Flexibility and commitment are a matter of course for you
- You possess strong communication skills as well as excellent manners
