What you will do
In this role, you will take care of our Real Estate partners after onboarding and support them in using our platform optimally. You are close to their needs, recognize development potentials, and contribute to sustainably strengthening our partnerships.
Your tasks
- You maintain long-term, trust-based partnerships and ensure that every partner knows, understands, and actively uses our Real Estate products
- You proactively engage in dialogue when features are not booked or used – curious, advisory, and on equal footing
- You identify potentials and develop relationships purposefully
- You keep an eye on our partners' activity and react early before inactivity leads to churn
- You are a reliable contact person throughout the entire customer journey
- You systematically collect feedback from everyday partner interactions and pass it on internally in a structured way
- You are the voice of our partners towards product and operations

Required Skills and Qualifications
What we expect from you
- Experience in B2B Customer Success, Partner Management, or Account Management
- You quickly build trust and maintain relationships sustainably
- You are not afraid to follow up proactively, with empathy, not pressure
- Affinity for digital products – you like to explain clearly and understandably
- Structured, independent working style with a focus on key figures
- Experience using a CRM, ideally ZohoCRM
- You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment where not all processes are fully defined yet and are willing to actively help shape them
- (Swiss) German is mandatory, Italian and/or French are an advantage
