Job description
We are currently looking for a Methods Control Technician - M/F/X to lead and implement the deployment of new vision control means.
🔥 Your responsibilities
- Deploy control programs (mainly vision) within workshops with integration of new equipment
- Frame the deployments of new control means
- Prepare control programs and ranges
- Commission, validate and support operators during deployment
- Ensure the availability of new control programs to verify the conformity of components (control equipment with or without product contact)
- Lead continuous improvement projects and write technical specifications
- Formalize analyses and communicate with different partners
🎯 Your profile
- You have an Engineer or Technician degree in optics/vision, microtechnology or equivalent
- You have at least 5 years of experience in programming control means
- You master the software Metrolog
- You master LabView and CREO
- You have good knowledge of Python and C# programming
- You have proven skills in metrology, ISO dimensioning and tolerancing
- You speak fluent French and English
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- You are able to manage projects involving different trades
- You know how to simplify and support production teams
- You have a taste for fieldwork, an analytical and synthetic mind
