Your impact

You lead around 35 employees appreciatively, clearly, and goal-oriented – organized in care teams of 5–10 people.
You create scope for action within defined frameworks and achieve economic as well as qualitative goals.
You recognize and manage group processes and promote a cooperative team culture.
You ensure high-quality nursing care and client support.
You are responsible for needs-based, economical service and route planning.
You actively participate in projects and drive improvements forward.
You work interdisciplinarily with colleagues as well as specialist and support services.

Your profile

Qualification as a HF/FH nursing specialist and leadership experience.
Leadership training at least at CAS level – or willingness to complete it.
Spitex experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Confident handling of MS Office; RAI-HC knowledge is an advantage.
Strong planning and organizational skills, process-oriented thinking.
Sense of responsibility, flexibility, and resilience.
