Tasks
- Process incoming invoices using SAP Maxflow as directed.
- Support PHZH staff with SAP Maxflow tool usage.
- Monitor accounts receivable and manage collections monthly.
Skills
- Commercial training and relevant experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and basic SAP skills.

The Zurich University of Teacher Education actively shapes education, school, and teaching of today and tomorrow in teaching and research. It trains teachers of all levels and supports teaching and leadership staff of primary schools, vocational schools, and universities as well as other educational actors with a comprehensive continuing education and service offering.
The Finance and Controlling department is the financial conscience of the university. It consolidates, analyzes, and interprets financial data, thereby creating the basis for sustainable and effective management of the entire university.

- Processing incoming creditor invoices in the SAP Maxflow tool according to specifications
- Supporting PHZH employees regarding the SAP Maxflow tool
- Monthly monitoring of debtors, dunning, and managing collections
- Assisting in the general ledger
- Supporting and representing team colleagues
- Commercial vocational training and professional experience, ideally from a similar function
- Confidence in handling MS Office applications (especially Excel) as well as initial experience with SAP
- Analytical and numbers-affine personality with a structured, precise, efficient, and reliable working style
- Very good manners as well as pleasant and target-group appropriate communication (German, spoken/written)
