For our Vice-Rectorate for Teaching we are looking for a Program Director for BSc/MSc in Business Administration 100% immediately or by arrangement.
You are responsible for the following main tasks:
- Operational responsibility for the assigned modules, courses and BSc/MSc programs in the field of Business Administration, Banking & Finance
- Conceptual further development of the study programs and modules, conducting module reviews including teaching-learning plans (LLPs); selection and management of lecturers, as well as support in the development of new course offerings
- Individual advice and support for students throughout all study phases
- Ensuring the quality of study modules as well as compliance with processes and regulations of the university of applied sciences
- Participation in committees (e.g. grading conventions) and involvement in projects
- Active participation in the marketing of the educational offer (information events, prospective student counseling)
What you bring:
- University degree (MA/MSc/Lic) in a business-related field is mandatory
- Several years of professional experience in business-oriented functions, ideally with interfaces to education, training or organizational development
- Experience in practice-oriented, performance- and market-oriented work environments
- Experience in project management
- Independent, structured and precise way of working
- High level of implementation strength, pragmatism and resilience
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Very good German skills as well as good English; French skills desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office as well as affinity and motivation to use digital and AI-supported learning and teaching formats, applications and LMS platforms (e.g. OpenOlat, Brian; Mindsmith, etc.)
