About the job
The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be comprehensively modernized in the coming years through new construction and renovations and complemented by 86 new senior apartments.
The new care unit, which cares for people with gerontopsychiatric illnesses, offers space for around ten residents. For the RPB location in Wettingen (from autumn 2026 in Baden), we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a competent, reliable, and committed personality as
Health Specialist EFZ with Additional Function Vocational Training (m/f/d)
Gerontopsychiatry, 80 - 100% workload
You will support us by:
- Accompanying and supporting our apprentices in their professional daily routine and ensuring the high quality of practical training
- Working closely with our vocational training manager for nursing as well as with other professional profiles
- Ensuring professional, evidence-based care and support of our residents within the framework of assigned care
- Taking responsibility for individual, targeted, and dignified care
- Observing changes in behavior or health status attentively and communicating them clearly and appropriately to the situation
- Assuming daily responsibility and participating in nursing care
You can convince us with:
- A completed education as a Health Specialist EFZ or an equivalent recognized qualification
- Experience in vocational training and possession of the SVEB 1 qualification or willingness to obtain it
- Experience in long-term care and in-depth knowledge of gerontopsychiatry
- Familiarity with RAI-NH and confident practical application
- An empathetic, innovative, flexible, and cheerful personality with a solution-oriented way of thinking and acting
