We are looking for you immediately or by arrangement to strengthen our IT team:

Empiricon is an independent consulting company for personnel and market research based in Bern.

With our interdisciplinary team, we support clients in the development and implementation of innovative solutions that sustainably contribute to business success. Our focus is on employee and customer surveys as well as consulting in human resource management.

You will work in a small IT team with a flat hierarchy and support us in the (further) development of our customer portal and our evaluation reporting software. In close collaboration with our product management, you will design new solutions and implement them tailored to the needs.

This is what you will do:

• Implementation of demanding and innovative solutions using agile methods
• Design and realization of projects in front- and backend
• (Further) development of our applications and tools
• Maintenance of existing software projects

You fit with us if you…

• …have several years of experience with Python, Java, JavaScript
• …have Linux and scripting know-how
• …bring the following in your toolbox: Scrum, Clean Code, TDD, CI/CD, Docker, Git
• …are proficient in German and English, both spoken and written

Your soft skills:

• Communicative and cooperative person
• Overview of current tools and trends
• You think independently, solution-oriented and sometimes "out of the box"
• You are an upbeat personality with a sense of humor
